In 2012 re-construction began on the old Enging House on Main Street.
A recent WIND ad says: "This is not intended to be a historical restoration, but rather to restore the building to its usefulness while retaining its original elegance. The formally dark first floor is now bright and full of natural light and will be a sun filled repository for our Town's antique firefighting equipment and for memorabilia highlighting the Town's proud fire fighting history"
